Use of TDEtaxi applications is free for the user. This does not include the costs incurred by the user in connecting to the Internet and / or downloading the application to their mobile device. 1.- Benefits of TDEtaxi
To use the TDEtaxi application, the user must download and register with the application with their name, surname, e-mail and mobile phone number, if they also want an invoice, their NIF and tax address must be provided. From now on, the user will have the right to use it.

TDEtaxi will make available to you free of charge TDEtaxi software and a service for mobile devices suitable for internet connection. Through this application the user will be able to use the taxi request service in the geographical area of Terres de l’Ebre, TDEtaxi will have the possibility to get in direct contact with the taxi driver who accessed the search in through the app. To do this, it will be located at the current location of the user and will be transmitted, together with the data contained in the Control Center, for identification by the taxi driver who has been assigned the performance of the service once accepted by the Control Center.

The benefits of the application do not include the use of the Internet connection that the user must have. The user is responsible for the technical requirements, the configuration of the device for the use of the application and the necessary updates for the correct operation of the same.

Requesting a taxi service with the TDEtaxi application is free of charge, except for the connection fees required to use your mobile device. The user will not have to pay any amount to TDEtaxi for the mediation of his taxi request. Once local regulations have established a surcharge for the use of this service, it will be paid directly to the taxi driver performing the service.

If the user requests a taxi service through the application, TDEtaxi transmits this request to taxi drivers who, belonging to the organizations that are part of Terres de l’Ebre Taxi SL, could provide the service for the transport of people, to be in the vicinity of the user or in the nearest place. No provision will be made through the use of the application that goes beyond mere intermediation for the assignment of a taxi service. From the use of the application will not arise any contract for the transport of people between TDEtaxi and the user but between the user and the taxi driver who finally performs the service. Possible rights arising from the transport of persons mediated by TDEtaxi will exclusively affect the relationship between the taxi driver and the user. TDEtaxi will not be liable to third parties, taxi drivers and taxi drivers.

2.- Modification and conditions of the benefit
TDEtaxi reserves the right to modify, at any time, the application in a manner required of the user in order to develop and improve its quality or to stop offering the services offered through the application.

3.- Availability
The availability of the application and web services may be interrupted due to maintenance and updating. However, TDEtaxi will endeavor to provide the highest possible availability to the user and perform maintenance and repair work in the shortest possible time. TDEtaxi cannot guarantee or be liable for the absolute availability of the taxi service at any time.

4.- Responsibility
Neither Terres de l’Ebre Taxi S.L. nor will TDEtaxi be liable for any damages, delays or any circumstances that the user may suffer from the use of the TDEtaxi application and the taxi service itself carried out by the professional assigned to the Control Center.

Liability for services provided by the taxi driver or the driver will be excluded, as TDEtaxi is limited to assigning and intervening in this service.

If TDEtaxi temporarily or permanently terminates your service for any serious reason, no liability will be incurred.

5.- General obligations of the user
The user will be obliged at all times to indicate and update their personal data.

The user must use the application in such a way that there is no damage, overload or damage to it and the purpose pursued with this application is not jeopardized. The user will not circumvent or modify, by himself or through third parties, the security measures of the application.

All rights to the software belong to Terres de l’Ebre Taxi S.L. The software made available to the user may not be copied, modified, reverse developed, decompiled and disclosed.

The user must keep their username and password in a safe place and will not be able to communicate them to third parties or allow them access to the application. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account. You will be required to notify TDEtaxi immediately of unauthorized use by third parties.

If the user has committed a breach, he will exonerate TDEtaxi from liability to third parties as well as legal defense costs if necessary. Otherwise, the user will be obliged, in case of non-compliance with TDEtaxi, to compensate for the damages caused.

The personal data of other users that may be transmitted to the user who is using the service and that may come to his knowledge, may not be processed by him or transmitted to third parties, unless there is consent by Terres de l ‘ Ebre Taxi SL from the other user.

6.- Final provisions
The invalidity or invalidity of any of these general conditions of contract does not affect the validity of the others. Instead of the null or void clause, a convenient solution will be applied that is as appropriate as possible to the economic objectives of these general conditions of contract.

The place of fulfillment is Spain. Spanish law applies to this contract in accordance with Law 34/2002 on the provision of information society services.

7. Cancellation of the reservation.

The user can cancel the reservation up to two hours before the contracted trip. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded within two working days.

TDEtaxi attaches great importance to the protection of the user’s personal data. All personal data transmitted by the user (processing, name, address, NIF, e-mail address, telephone number and location) will be collected, stored and processed only in accordance with the rules on data protection existing at any given time.

TDEtaxi is limited to collecting, storing and processing the user’s personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper management of the use of the application by Terres de l’Ebre Taxi S.L. of the user.

In order to be able to use the application properly, the user agrees to the location of his position (GPS data) and the transmission of his username and telephone number to the taxi driver and / or the company of taxis that have accepted the taxi application using TDEtaxi.

The user expressly authorizes a wider use of personal data as long as they are used to improve the design of the content or the modification of the contractual relationship (data from Terres de l’Ebre Taxi SL) for advertising purposes, market research or the elaboration of offers according to the needs.

The personal data necessary to allow and liquidate the use of benefits (operating data) will also be used only for the performance of the contracts signed. These operating data constitute, in Terres de l’Ebre Taxi SL, the characteristics for the identification as a user, the data on the beginning and the end as well as the volume of each use and data on the telematic means used by the users. .
